Our Sterisystem® Dry-Base® instrument trays are manufactured from highly polished AISI 304 grade stainless steel.
Due to our stringent quality control throughout the production cycle we offer a constant high quality instrument tray which is covered by a 10 year limited warranty*.
The Steri-TOP lids have four silicone corners. These silicone corners allow for ergonomic opening and closing of the instrument tray. They will snap around the top wire of the tray when closing and, with very little effort, release when pulled to open.
Class II, FDA 510K cleared device (K203177)
The 5/64 inch holes allow a permeability of over 50% which benefits the washing and sterilization processes as water or steam can readily penetrate during these processes leading to a clean and sterile result.
The sides protect the instruments from being damaged and the punch pattern can accomodate even the smallest of instruments.
The smooth, dry base completely traps any condensation moisture that may stick to the wrap. This ensures that condensation moisture can heat up or evaporate under the influence of radiation, convection or conduction.
Our instrument trays have a smooth finished top wire. This reduces the chance of perforating or tearing the wrap.
Our quality control is second to none. All our trays are put through a special quality control tool which allows us to ensure that the mesh is uniform in size. The base is also meticulously checked. This is vital and ensures that the instruments remain firmly in place.
Trays that do not meet the dimensional or quality standards are rejected during quality control.
The upper wire is made from plasma that has been welded on to the sides of the tray. This results in a beautifully finished tray that is void of any sharp edges and greatly reduces the risk of perforations or tears during unpacking. The upper wire also ensures that the top of the tray can't become contaminated by dirt.
Both DIN and ISO instrument trays come in universal sizes and fit perfectly into the Belintra wire baskets.
Our instrument trays come with two (2) handles and have a load-bearing capacity of 33 lbs.
The instrument trays are made out of AISI 304 L grade stainless steel and have an electrolytically polished finish. The composition of the material is checked by an external independant lab to make sure it meets or exceeds industry standards.
The instrument trays have been manufactured in such a way that you will never have to worry about holes or cavities that could harbor dirt.
Our instrument trays have a barcode zone for identification and traceability purposes.
Our lids design allows the trays they cover to be stacked when not in use. The corners' silicone material acts like an anti-slip and prevents the stacked trays from sliding.
All the components are resistant to the washing and autoclave sterilization conditions (high temperatures, steam and vacuum) as well as to the most common chemicals used in hospitals.
