Important announcement: SCANMODUL® and BELINTRA join forces

We are pleased to inform you from Belintra that ScanModul® International Holding B.V., supported by independent private equity firm NewPort Capital, today announced the acquisition of Belintra NV and its subsidiaries.

The combination of these two long-standing companies strengthens the position of ScanModul® and Belintra in the Healthcare Logistics market. Both companies will continue to operate under their own names, with Kris Liesmons, Geert Schepens and Dirk Deruytere, current directors and co-shareholders of Belintra, also remaining involved in the new group. The new overall CEO will be Patrick Bark, current CEO of ScanModul®.
